SLOW INTERNET Connection?

My internet speed/Download showing 12,But on TaskMenu it showing 100Kbps.How can i Increase Download speed ?My internet connection is from my phone (Bleu 453x) and TATA DOCOMO SIM.

Hi Suman,

The transmission speed that is showing in the task bar is the maximum transfer rate of a data from a LAN card to your computer. It means your LAN can operate at a maximum data transfer rate if you have 100 kbps or mbps of internet connection from your isp.

In this case, your service provider is TATA DOCOMO. You cannot get download/upload speed more than 12 kbps if assigned by your service provided. To increase internet speed you need to purchase different service pack (currently it's 3G mobile technology).

However, you can try few tweaks. They cannot increase internet speed service assigned by your service provider but can optimize transferring data packets and congestion in your network traffic. Here is the link.

Hi there i have a really slow connection but if u want to make it fast go to run type in system.ini or search it on the bar start menu windows 7 then itll come up then cross everything out and type
Page buffer=100000kbps
Download=100000kbps
back=100000kb
load=100000kb
save=100000kbps
then save it if u got a antivirus program like spyware terminator it might say detected allow deny click allow it wont muck up your pc by the way its bear fast but if u do it the only bad thing about it is when u play games it increases speed but it is medium watching videos or going on sites its so fast trust me i hope this helps and it wont muck up your internet connection by the way thanks!
