Why is my husband so petty? Deleting every photo of me?

Before I write I know this is my insecurity. I am not big with social media. I don't like people posting photos of me, especially my husband without my permission. I think this is a basic boundary that someone you are married to should respect. At least I know I would.

My husband doesn't get it. I've asked him twice not post photos of me on his Facebook or Instagram without my permission especially photos I don't even know he takes! Photos that I find very unflattering and make me feel bad about myself. I don't care if he thinks I am beautiful, I don't want my photos up without permission. He doesn't seem get that because once again he posted a photo of me that I didn't even know he took! Found out cause my sister showed me.. He claims it's not me even though it is.. It is the back of me, with my head turned so ya, you can see it is me and very unflattering. Instead of being a man, and respectful he argues with me for 30 minutes. Than, deleted EVERY photo of us posted since the beginning of us dating which I found completely unnecessary and disrespectful.

I am really confused, first he posts pictures of you, then he posts picture of the back of you turned, then he deletes your photos.

What's the problem, he got rid of all the photos just like you wanted?

or perhaps he doesn't like you.
