4th Generation Intel® Core™ i3-4130 Processor (3M Cache, 3.4 GHz)
With 4 gb single channel ram
Or
Intel® Pentium® processor G2030(3.0GHz, 3MB)

why single channel ? buy 2 X 2 GB. sticks of ram and go double channel it is better than single channel
both the processors you named and all the mother-boards will support dual channel memory.
