how do i stop this troll?

theres this disgusting scum troll who keeps making fake porn videos that shouldn't be on the site. i banned 2 of his accounts but he has dozens of them! everytime he gets banned he creates a new account and reuploads his fake porn vids! should i contact youtube and tell them to ban this guy's ip?
oh yeah and here is some of his accounts:
David Starks.
Odd Mann
John Coffey
Nikola Tesla
Joseph Green
and lots more.

Have you tried making sure posts are subject to moderation before going live?

You don't say what kind of site it is but I know that WordPress allows you to moderate all posts before they go live so I'd see if that's an option for your site.

Failing that, can you ban his IP address?
