How can I fix my internet Connection?

Currently my internet connection has been acting up, when I try to open my internet browser it says something like "you have no or limited internet connection", and when i click repair the computer says that an error came up, and I should contact my provider for this area.But i don't know how!

well that is serius issuse coused by virus named THE ewil Wifi. you must destroy your modem imedetljy to prevent infection of whole neiberhood. sorry for bad english. just shoot or whatewer at modem.kick it. just dont let it pluged in
