Basically there are only two main parts of SEO.

FOR ON-PAGE SEO: Content writing on any topic in which the specific keyword i.e. football should be around 3-12% in the content. If this is perfect and focused then you are 50% optimized.

FOR OFF-PAGE SEO: Linkbuilding or commonly known as backlinks in search engine but only on relevant websites/blogs/forum/socialbookmarking.
