Instagram account problem?

So yesterday I installed Instagram BETA on Windows 8 mobile. I created an account and immediately after that when i tried to log in a window popped, saying my account has been disabled duo to violation their terms -_- . After that i tried it two more times with different emails and different usernames and still the same problem. My accounts are getting disabled right after i create them. How can i violate their therms without even using the app ?
