Facebook Account Says "Content Currently Unavailable?

I recently changed the privacy settings on my facebook so other people can find me on facebook by name or email but can't see other things like wall posts, photos etc but when I log out and type my facebook url it says "content currently unavailable" and even if change my page to public it still appears that way. Any help would be awesome

Log in to your Facebook account. Click on "Account" in the top right-hand corner, then select "Help Center."
