Blocking someone on Instagram?

I'm not going to go into detail but I blocked these two people on Instagram who were calling me stupid because I'm Dyslexic and have some mentail illnesses. Anyways, we were arguing on someone's picture. Can they keep mentioning me in comments? I'm having a panic attack. I've already blocked them and just set my page to private. They were harrasing me for about an hour.. Sorry for my spelling.

Even though you blocked them, they still know your username and can tag your name in things. You won't be able to see these things but other people can. So yeah they can still mention you in comments so I suggest you change your username too
