This girl Im semi friends with asked me to add her back on fb when we started speaking again , but i think it was so she can be nosey. Will she still see my post, if i unfollow hers?

If you unfollow someone, it makes it so you don't get their notifications in your news feed; you'll still be "friends", and you'll still be able to see each other's content/pages.
