Why i can't connect on internet via my router, and my wireless works perfectly!?

Hello everyone, i got a new PC and Windows 8 on it. I bought them 3 months ago. Everything worked perfectly, since this evening. When i arrived home i had to plug in my usb which i used on my German class and the usb was blank(0 showed files). But in My computer it says that storage was 4.5/7.5 Gbs used. But that was not the main problem, after that my pc started to having a lot of bugs. By the time there were a lot more bugs and after that i figured out that i have a very big virus. I formated my usb and he works fine now, but my pc can't go online. I have internet i use it right now, but my pc can not connect on internet at all! Right now, i use my laptop via Wireless router. Wireless works fine. I use my phone and my laptop well, but internet on my pc doesn't! Does anyone know how to fix this?
I already tried to restore my pc, i scanned my pc with my antivirus and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and i removed 8 threats and it still doesn't work!
Can someone help me about this, please?

Is there any another way to fix it unless to reinstall windows? :/

Most possibility, system registry is corrupted and now you have to format the system and re install the windows.
