I have seen your website, first change the template. Search for free 'premium blogger templates" in Google and select a template that is suitable for your niche.Then just learn some basic things in SEO and create a fb fan page and then start writing unique content in your Blog.I hope your Blog grow bigger and bigger.

On main page full posts are showed, dont have main menu, and only one category in unvisible place.
1)Go to http://www.freetemplates24.com/ and find magazine or minimalist template with main menu
If you don't want to change template Add pages to main menu and cut your posts
2)Create fan page on facebook and add likebox to your site.
3)Remember to organize well your content in main manu

To sum up nice looking but have to work on usability
