Can Internet products site legally fool people?
Product-->Samsung Galaxy Y S5360
I have a voucher that says HOMESHOP18 will give 29% discount and the product will be of 6,945 Rs instead of 9,749Rs. Same product is on Flipkart for 5,559Rs without discount. What the hell is this? Are we stupid and anyone can sell us at anything? Is there no consumer law against giving hypothetical prices to consumers? #I am in INDIA Ads |

It's like anything else, read the fine print before buying anything. Contracts with phone's can have a direct effect on the original retail cost of the phone.
