What app is this called on the iPhone?

I think it comes with all of the iPhones

People use it on Instagram or fb a lot. It's like a notebook I guess, and you can change the background of it


I want to use the app for my iPad Air. If it's the Notes app, it won't let me change the background, if it is it

Unfortunately, this is only a filter you can add to a picture when you put it on Instagram.
Perhaps if you jailbreak (which is NOT worth it) you can change the template.
