Wordpress question?

I just signed up for Wordpress. I made a portfolio, however I am not paying them. I am under the basic free blog plan. However, does this mean that my blog can't be seen by people who haven't joined Wordpress? Can people outside of Wordpress see my work, and blog?

Yes everyone can see your wordpress. the difference between paid and unpaid is that you do not have the option to install additional plugins, widgets or a commerce system or anything like that. Neither can you manage or host a database. And you cannot edit your theme files. By the way, you don't actually pay for wordpress. you pay a hosting provider from your region or country so you have space on their server to run an installed version of wordpress 24/7 and host your plugins and theme modifications to it as well.
