You will need to set your computer for automatic ip configuration.

You will need to answer a few question's before we can help.

What are the spec's of your computer?
What type of computer do you have?
What operating system?

If can answer these few question i can try tell you how to fix it.

Good luck

Ok thanks for replying,

Windows 8.

Go to the control panel.

Double-click Network and Internet or Network and Sharing Center.

From the list of tasks on the left, click Change adapter settings Windows 8.
For a wired network connection, right-click Local Area Connection, and select Properties.

For a wireless network connection, right-click Wireless Network Connection, and select Properties.

From the Networking tab, make sure Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) is checked, and then click Properties.

Select Obtain an IP Address Automatically, and then click OK.

Reply if this does not work and we can try something else to get this fixed for you.

Good luck
