I'm looking for an Operating System with no Internet.?

Alright so I'm looking for an operating system I can use that has libreoffice or openoffice but I don't want to have an internet connection attached to it. It would be strictly an offline IS. Is thereone like that?
Although removing the drivers or removing cat5 cable would work I'm looking for an os that doesnt have any already just almost like a dos os but with a gui and ability to have libre or open.

yeah just delete or dont install Lan driver or wireless driver on computer. = NO INTERNET Then use ANY OS you like.

Use windows and put your computer on airplane mode, sometimes depending on the computer, there is a switch that enables it and doesn't authorize windows to use any wireless connection.
