How do I stop being clingy and jealous?
My ex and I are just goring through a rough patch and we're "starting as friends and working back into a relationship" I told him I don't want to act single because it hurts me but he wants to feel like we are just friends for now. If I see something I don't like, I get really upset and flood him with messages about how upset I am and how screwed up I think what he did was and it won't even be that bad a thing but I get so jealous and possessive and it's gonna wind up driving him away. How can I stop being so jealous? I check like all his social media sites obsessively. What can I do to stop getting so hurt? He won't not ac single like I want.

You have to stop these behaviors. It will only drive you further away from him. Your behaviors stem from a few things. 1) Your fear of losing him and falsely believing that you cannot be happy without him. 2) That he will change (love you more) by you nagging/complaining more. 3) Your inability to recognize how damaging these behaviors are to your self esteem and well being.
