Can you still leave feedback after refund from ebay seller?
I have waited 3 months for an item that was supposed to arrive within a few days. Seller delayed me with the excuses and then claimed to have sent the item out.
As you can guess, I'd like to leave negative feedback as its still not arrived, but I also want to open a case and get my money back. When should I leave feedback? Can I still leave feedback after receiving a refund?

Good question. Yes, you will be able to give your feedback, if feedback is still an option. That is not what you wanted to hear, right? Perhaps it would be a good idea, at this point, to go into your account, snoop around, see the many things which are available to you as the buyer or seller. eBay lists a customer service number there also, but you may need to search for it. They will answer all your questions, but be prepared for answers not in your favor, which happens.

go to ebay.com (or ebay.co.uk if thats what you use) log in put mouse on "My Ebay" and choose Purchase History if it doesn't already show the item. on the far right of the item click View order details, or click the More actions button below it.

In view order details you can contact the seller leave feedback and should also be able to choose return item, which should give you your money back, I've never had to use it so I'm not exactly sure how that works.

In More actions, you can try Resolve a problem, again I've never had to use it so I don't know how it works.

Just a few ideas you can try.
