how can you tell if someone has read your comment on instagram direct messaging?
So my friend.. I told them i needed them to kik(like instant messaging), but they said they didn't have a kik and asked if I had a phone. I replied yes, and gave them my number.. I had answered them back instantly saying yeah.. And giving them my number. That was 30 minutes ago and they never responded back.. Is there a way to tell of they read my comment? Like next to their name is a blue comment bubble but they had already commented so idk.

Ps this is the ios7 version of instagram
