Help... I want hair like this-

I'm scared to get it cut cause it's prob gonna really fail... Btw I use frizz products and shampoos all that blah but my hair still looks like a rats nest...

Oh double btw I can't straighten cause it's fried... (I straightened it everyday for almost two years...)

Ask for side swept bangs and lots of short medium and long layers.
