FileZilla won't sense my internet connection?
When I try to download and install it I keep getting the message to check my internet connection? Is it just not sensing enough band-width maybe??
"Then you have to launch the exe file that you downloaded and this will download and install the latest version of FileZilla..." no it won't...it stops and says, "please check your internet connection!" Which is always connected.

You have download FileZilla client installer from this link.... https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client

Then you have to launch the exe file that you downloaded and this will download and install the latest version of FileZilla... you do need an internet connection, the speed of you connection should not affect the download/installation of FileZilla.... make sure that your connection to the Internet is available while running the installation.

I have just Downloaded and run the installation myself and is OK....make sure that you don't install any third party apps that they are offering during installation, that might be your problem, your ISP might be blocking those adware links and the whole installation is failing.

EDIT.... infact i don't think it is downloading FileZilla during installation... i think it is actually downloading the adware application.... try this..

download the FileZilla installation from the link above.
double lick the .exe fike you downloaded
When it asks you to accept the Winzip application click the "Decline" button
again it will ask you to accept another Winzip application, click the "Decline" button again...

now you can run the rest of the installation and there should be nothing to download.
