Please answer and read! Why am I so jealous and how can I stop? I feel so low.?

I'm at a pretty pathetic level of being extremely jealous right now.

I had a great relationship with my ex boyfriend and we had sex regularly. Once when we were laying in bed, he looked at his phone to check the time, had an Instagram notification and out of habit opened it. As he opened his Instagram, his page was on a picture or his ex girlfriend. I was crushed!

He felt horrible and ended up blocking and unfollowing her. He also stopped following all other girls he didn't really know. I didn't tell him to do any of this. He also said she was ugly and immature.

We ended up breaking up because I felt guilty about the sex being underaged. We broke up still loving each other.

I stalked this chick on Instagram and I see that my ex boyfriend started to follow her again AND commented on her selfie that she looked like SCARLET JOHANSON. And I'm so jealous because she is very very photogenic. But all her pictures are like her making sexy faces and skanky captions/ comments left by other dudes.

I have no idea who this girl is as a person. Yet my ego is destroyed everytime I see her. And I think about her a lot. How do I stop this? Help because it is getting really bad!!!

First you need to know whether the guy is really interested in you. He may like the other girl and may be lying to u bout her. Or it may be that the other girl is just his friend. You need to understand him rather than doubting his loyalty. Stay cool, don't develop negative emotions and feelings towards him. You may loose a good guy. Believe in yourself. We meet many people and may like many. So jus chill and start fresh with the guy. Give him more time. I assure u he will like and even if doesn't don't feel depressed. Cheersss!!
