Minecraft blocked off internet?

Ok ive asked this question already but answer didn't really help. It came up when I ran minecraft "GIVE THIS PROGRAM PERMISSION TO INTERNET" or something, and I accidentally pressed no. I have mcafee, but my subscription has ran out, and I have Microsoft security essentials, anyway I can fix this?
So ive gone into inbound rules and it has 4 rules for minecraft, the 1st is DOMAIN, YES, ALLOW
the 2nd is PRIVATE, YES, ALLOW the 3rd is PRIVATE, YES, ALLOW and the 4th is DOMAIN, YES, ALLOW

please tell me whatever I need to change

Yeah, you can fix it You have to go to the firewall rules and change the setting of your program from there. If you still face any problem please let me know, I'd be more than happy to help =)
