Maximum how many tabs can we open in an internet browser. Nothing is being loaded in them?

I work in a school library that has 30 computers. I saw one kid who had about 90 windows open. (These kids have no idea what they're doing, but that doesn't stop them from pressing any key they can find.)

Depends on the browser and the amount of free Ram you have. Basically it is unlimited in Firefox. But eventually your system will become unstable.

The limit is probably either 255 or 65535.
