What is preventing me from logging into my Runescape account?

Hello, I am trying to log in to my Runescape account but for some reason I am unable to even get to the log in screen. I have the latest update of Java and Runescape. I have a windows vista software. I used both internet explorer and mozilla firefox.

What happens is when I click on "play free now," it starts loading all content. Once it completely loads, it gives me an option to select "auto setup" like normal. Once I click "auto setup" it exits out the entire webpage. What is causing this issue?

If you know what may going on can you please tell me what I can do to resolve this issue? I would appreciate it. Thank you.

P.S. I have also tried on google chrome and instead of it exiting out the entire webpage, it just switches to a complete black screen and makes no progress.

Hold down the "s" key while you load.. once you have gotten on it should be updated and that will fix this issue.

Hold that s key down from start until you put in your password. Be patient.
