okay so i haven't really been using twitter, but i decieded to respond to someones tweet, then twitter said (2) twitter, then 2 new tweets, does that mean the person responded to me?
on his profile it is still the same message i replied to and know @baileeeex

(2) means 2 new tweets. When they reply to you they will either send a direct message (look at the right side of your twitter page) or it will show up in your tweets
