A company that I have a bad relationship with swiped pictures from my facebook page to use on their website in advertising their company. What recourse do I have?
It is a small gymnastics facility and the photos of are my children that I took.

If you are the owner of the photographs, you need to see an attorney and ask him/her to write a cease and desist letter with the threat that if they continue to use your photos, you will sue them for damages.

Frankly, I find it hard to believe that a company would use an original photo from your FB page. How about posting the relevant links, so we can judge for ourselves?

You must immediately consult this matter with a lawyer.
