Help, I cannot access my mail through google chrome. If I go through windows explorer I can get my yahoo mail?

I have been using google chrome for 2 years with no problem in accessing my yahoo mail. The last several weeks I have had to go through windows explorer to get to yahoo mail. My home page of yahoo comes up fine, but if I try to go to mail it says 'This webpage has a redirect loop'.
I have been on 'Contacting Customer Care Support' and cannot find an appropriate category .
I have been 25 min. waiting on 1-800-318-0612 US ' Customer Care Support'. It appears to be a dead end.
Thanks for anyone that can help me.

Unintall Google Chrome, Re install it at:
https://www.google.com/chrome
go on to yahoo mail and sign in again, it should work fine, and go to %temp% in your windows file explorer, delete all of the files in the folder, this will clear cache which causes glitches in Google Chrome. Hopefully this will help.
