Twitter problem right now?

I just signed on to twitter and I was about to sign out and it's giving me the annoying twitter is overcapacity page.
It's been like that for 5 minutes. Anyone else stuck?
I guess what I mean to ask is can you get hacked if twitter is overcapacity and you're logged in?
I was able to load the home page, but when I signed in, it said over capacity. T T'
It keeps giving me the over capacity page, what does that mean?
I can load the log in form, but after I click submit, it says over capacity.
I can't even load my page.

I always get this defeating message from Twitter.
I think Twitter needs to expand the capacity or some twerps need to shed some weight.
