Any dreamweaver pros on here? Broken links question?

I made my first website ever, using dreamweaver. My links flash and don't work. They are pointed to the right files (or html file) and should work. But whats with the flashing also? Check it out yourself, website is http://www.comptant24h.com

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also please use dummy talk when explaining how to fix it. This is my first project ever.

I opened up the website and it seems to work just fine. There is no exessive flashing of the links and they send you when clicked to similar, but different pages.

If you are still having a problem I would say there is not a problem with your code. Try using Google Chrome or updating your browser.
