Importance of twitter, google and SEO?

Since tweets are appearing in googles' realtime results, will google link the retweet importance to the original twitter owner and the website linked to that owner or the link contained within the original tweet itself (if in fact they are not no-follow)?

If that sounds confusing I will simplify.Say for example
1) I post about a topic in twitter say about "tennis and roger federer"
2) It gets retweeted by twitter users using @
3) When a user searches in google for roger federer,depending on the importance of the tweet (determined by number of retweets) it will appear in googles search results (or realtime, if less important).
4) Now the question is,that since google has deemed this tweet to be of grave importance because it appears in the first page of the search (due to the the number of retweets) or even in the real time results, will google give any credit to the original tweeter?

If so, how? Will it check the website linked to the original tweeter and increase the seo of that website, or will it give credit to the website contained within the original tweet e.g. "Roger Federer wins US Open see www bbc sport).

5) Will the orginal tweeter get the credit, the bbc website or none at all.

Blogger Blogs and Twitter Tweets have very high PR scores.
