Unable to unlink facebook because my profile page is NOT loading?

I am trying to unlink my facebook from this account but my profile page in not loading at all. Keep getting SERVER ERROR message..How how I fix this problem already? Been 3 weeks now and customer service is no help whatsoever.

Hello -

I'm sorry that you have been unable to unlink your Facebook account through the Y! Profile page. As a workaround, you can also unlink it from your Account Information page.

If you want to unlink Facebook or Google from your Yahoo! account please follow these simple steps:

1. Sign in to your Account Information page from the link on the top of your Mailbox.

2. Click the Manage other Accounts to Sign-In link

3. Click the Remove link next to the Facebook or Google icon. A pop-up dialog box will open prompting you to confirm the action.
