I like this guy but we haven't met!?
My friend had me txt this guy and I really like him but we used to txt all the time and now we don't and he blocked me on instagram. I see him in the hallway all the time and we are the same age and idk how he feels 😕 how should I start talking to him?

You could start a conversation by asking him why he blocked you.
Personally I wouldn't bother because he sounds like a jerk if he does childish things like that.
