I cant see my friends timeline on twitter.. all i see is my tweets and nothing else?
i've been getting these weird DMs on twitter but i didn't open the links. but somehow i cant see my the tweets of the people i follow.. what can i do? plz help?

On your homepage timeline? Or on your direct message page.

Reword your question and try asking it to the twitter experts on http://tweetforums.com They know what they are talking about there I think.
