How to add a banner with product on website?

I want to add a banner at the top of my website on the home page that has a few different pictures, bullet points about the product, and then a button that says join now! Or something similar, that I can link to a specific URL.

Is there any Wordpress theme out there that is either cheap or free that can do this? Please let me know!!!

Most any wordpress theme allows for headers. When looking for a theme, just make sure it allows for a customized header.

Even if a theme doesn't, if you know what you're doing html/css wise you can still put one in.
