If someon edits my edit?

So I have a Tumblr blog where I put edits and gifs, last month I posted an edit of a photo and a guy stole it and reposted it only changing my editing to black and white. Is it still considere a repost or I have to accept the fact that if I spend hours on an edit someone can post it as an original post only changing the colors?
And if it is considered a repost and I report it to tumblr stuff what will happen?

Hi Lokid, Remember this,Always Remember this...CONTENT is NOT allowed to be Copied, whether it be edited then or not. If its YOUR content nobody can Copy even a fragment of it. A person is allowed to use your editing IDEA on another Picture but, CONTENT is not allowed to be COPIED.
So feel free to report this to Tumblr and i am sure they will guide you and take immediate action.
