Facebook Glitch??????

Hello, i bought facebook credits for a game called Glory of Rome, at 12pm. After 8 hours of waiting for the gold to be put onto the account I emailed the game developer (Kabam), they told me that they hadn't received a payment since the 14th of september (this was a week after that date) and advised me to check the facebook payment history, this also told me my last payment was the 14th of september.. I then proceeded to re-purchase gold which was accredited instantly, the next day after i logged in after work i was met with more gold then I had intended to purchase.. the first payment obviously messed up in some way.. After the next few days i emailed Kabam who eventually issued me with a refund of facebook credits.. Is there a way for Facebook to issue a refund for the cash I spent? Thank you.
