I replied which country I'm from.
he wrote:K what you do? I don't know what he meant.

I didn't reply to him,is he creepy,I'm quite scared what should I do?

It's just the same as meeting strangers in person. People often ask things like, "Do you live around here?" and depending on your age, "What do you do for work?" or "What do you want to do when you leave school?"

Like someone else said, it's okay to answer general questions, just don't get too specific or personal.
