Is there a way to limit bandwidth on a certain devise or intentionally slow the internet?
So my brother has become obsessed with some game called league of legends. So much that he burnt up his laptop so he bought a desktop. Then he got a gaming monitor. He would watch tournaments whenever they were on but now I'm witnessing on a regular basis, 4 YouTube league of legends videos on while playing it and streaming league on twitch all at the same time. Now we live in an area where we can only get 5 mbs so its a problem trying to use any internet whatsoever. He uses all of the bandwidth and you cannot do anything as long as he is awake. Not even an exageration. I go reset the router and you can hear him scream and curse the instant I reset. So what can I do. Can I slow his internet speed to an unbearable level. I don't want to go as far as cutting his ethernet but I am starting to consider it
