can adsense be approved to a free blog within a month ?

i made a free blog on photoshop tutorials http://www.photoshoptrickipedia.blogspot.com 1 month ago . i had submitted it for adsense many times , but every time it has been disapproved . but there's a friend of mine , he is an owner of youtube channel , he had monetized many videos and he had somewhat 10000 views in total . now he made a blog just some days ago and he had just made two posts . in one post he had linked a youtube video from his channel . i am surprised that there are 2 adchoices advertisements coming on his blog . is it becauses of his youtube monetization ?

If he was already approved fro Adsense through his youtube channel, it's a lot easier to then add other sites. There's a chance that your tricky these baffles the Adsense spiders when they check for content, though I see some 34 pages were indexed by google search.

Their rejection notes can be rather vague, I would say the theme behavior or perhaps not enormous text in the tutorials might be the problem. It's been reported that after being rejected 3 ties Google doesn't even check the site any more, might be time to move on.

Starting from the beginning, if your free blog is made on blogger than it is easy to get approved by adsense as compare to others i.e. wordpress.
Secondly, if you are going towards monetization of ads on your free blog directly without youtube monetization then it will take around 5-6 months.
You see millions of blog/websites are giving up best of the best photoshop tutorials and they mostly have .com .net domain, so naturally the have some priority as compare to free blog.
Moreover, youtube monetization is a trick to get approved faster from adsense.
I would say, it is almost impossible to get approved from adsense for a free blog in a month.

Yeas... just fill adsense requirement and if your site then you will.

1. When applying for AdSense from certain countries your Blog/Site need to be active for 6 months before they will consider it. These countries include China, India, Pakistan etc but don't include USA, UK or most European countries.

2. Don't use the "silly" blog layouts when applying for adsense, their bot can't handle them. Use one of the basic layouts.

3, AdSense is a contextual Ad Service and therefore requires pages (and blog posts) to have substantial text content. Images don't count as content in this instance although you should ensure they do all have titles and alt tags etc) Aim to have at least 200 - 300 words in each blog post.
