when on google chrome the mouse isnt matching up with some of the icons?
there is also two scrolling bars next to each other in the right hand of the screen i have to move the mouse to the far right and it will move the one on the left. this is only happening on google chrome. and i have a HP Laptop if that helps?

Try reinstalling Google Chrome.
