my adsense account was rejected on the reason that i didnt have enough content... how can i re submit ?

when i try resubmitting from adsense site, the message pops out as "register directly from blogger.com...... and at blogger.com, no such option exists

I assumed that you're creating blog using blogger.com (blogspot). Just add more original content to your blog. They check your blog manually, so it is crucial to have a few good original content... more is better... Then go to your blogger.com dashboard and click the EARNING tab on your left side. You can sign up for google adsense..there.
Another thing is, if I remember it correctly, google will send you an email if they accepted or rejected your application. Try checking that email. Read through it because I remember there is a link for you to contact them or to ask for a reconsideration/resubmitting...hope this help..
