I'm having a SnapChat Problem..Help?

Okay. I have SnapChat downloaded on my iPod(4th Gen.) and it was working fine and suddenly when I'm at home it won't work. It will say that is can't "Refresh" or it can't send a snap, because I don't have internet connection--but I have internet connection. I can get on Facebook, YouTube, Yahoo, all with no problem but yet I can't on SnapChat because I have "no internet connection" I've restarted the router, redownloaded SnapChat 3 times, restarted my iPod(turned it on and off), and reconnected to my router. Another interesting bit is that my brother has the same iPod and he's having the same issue with SnapChat as I am. I sent a complaint to SnapChat but I don't think they're going to do anything about it soon..If they're any techies out there who know why this is happening, help would be very much appreciated!(=

Uninstall then reinstall snapchat.
