AT&T technician didn't show up at my apartment!?
I was supposed to get connected online today. One technician showed up, but said he needed another person to do the set up. He left saying that another technician would call me before arriving. However, no one called and no one arrived! I tried calling AT&T, but they could explain why there was no one arriving to set up my internet. The best they offered was rescheduling it for the next week! What am I supposed to do now?

You'r supposed to get at least $100 credit and an explanation from the supervisor's supervisor.

And why would it take two techs to set you up?

If you don't get your $100, write a letter to ATT's CEO and mail it certified w/ return receipt requested; that should make it $120 for your extra trouble.

& complain to state & county consumer protection depts. and the fed's FCC.
