Apps not working on data Samsung Galaxy 3?
I have a samsung galaxy 3,

and for the past few months many apps aren't working on data, online wifi

so when I get home, i get a million notifications, but I'd like to be able to use instagram and snapchat while i'm out and about.

I don't seem to have any data, or background data options restricted

so confusing

help!
