How do I seek breaking out of my twitter and phone habits?
I have a really bad habit being on my phone a lot and constantly it's getting in the way of my schoolwork, and I don't want it to interfere with my grades or just school in general. I want to be able to know how to separate the both of them, but at the same time be able to not stress as much as I do when it comes to certain deadlines for certain things.

Try setting time limits. No twitter while in school.
It didn't exist and doesn't have to be your primary means of communication.
Be strict about time limits.
Let you friends know that no reply from you DOES NOT mean you hate them.

Throw your phone out a window. You won&#x27;t be distracted! Or if you don&#x27;t want to harm it you can give it to a parent or a friend if you have to study for something an tell them not to let them give it back until you&#x27;re done. Worked for me ( I got all A&#x27;s and B&#x27;s). Good luck!
