Try Uninstalling Google Chrome and Reinstall it And See if That Helps Make Sure the Version is Up to Date if Facebook Still Wont Open Try a Different Browser

If its Happening on Multiple Browsers Than Something On Your Network is Blocking you From Accessing Facebook

If you Have a Firewall Filter or Some Kind of Blocker Program Installed you Need to Make Sure Facebook is Set to Be Allowed

If You Dont Have Any of These

Please Contact your ISP Internet Service Provider to Find Out Whats Blocking your Access To Facebook
