My 'friend' is so rude, fake and annoying?

There's a girl I have known since Kindergarten. Not to be mean, but I have never really liked her. I was nice to her though. But you know, you can't like everybody in the world.
We will call her Isabel.
We have grown older now. We talk on kik and Instagram, and she still seems as annoying.
She's obsessed with herself.
When I try to talk to her on kik she tells me to f off because she's busy and all that. I started get angry at her and told her she can't just swear at me because she's 'busy'.
Then she started telling me that she's changed over the years and now she is different.
She says she is popular and has a phone. She's from a family that's strict and she's babied so she thinks having a phone makes her cool. I've had a phone since I was fricken 10!
And I don't want to be rude, but she isn't an attractive girl and on top of that she doesn't have a nice personality so I don't see why she is popular. I told her these are not excuses to think she is better than someone else.
I told her maybe we don't get along because we are so different. She's a bit too girly for me, I'm the opposite. All she talks about is boys and stuff. She denied she is girly because she likes sport and music. WTF everyone likes sport and music, girly or not. But, whatever. Being girly or not has nothing to do with this.
Anyways, Then she started telling me how she is bullied and stuff because of her weight. (She comes from a very overweight family)
So I don't know what to do?
So she's popular one minute and then she's saying she's bullied? I don't know what to believe anymore.

She's taking this approach (saying she's popular) because she wants you to think she's cool. She wants to be your friend but lacks the proper social tools. She confided in you that she's being bullied as a cry for help.

Be warned that befriending her will not make her different. She has to change in her own.
