my comcast digital cable box has error S0A00?

my cable box channels went out called comcast say they cant get a signal wont reset i took box downstairs and it will works i dont know if its my line that has a break in it that i can see or the box

This happened too many time with me, but with Comcast Cable Modem for the Internet connection, so, I called in and Comcast sent a technician, who messed up my cables and mixed them with the my Dish Network Satellite cables and broke my reception on my TV, so I had to call Dish Network and they sent me one who showed me how ridiculously the Comcast technician mixed their cables. SO, I dropped Comcast and switched to anther service provider (I am not telling which as I am not promoting anyone) and this gave me a stable and reliable connection. I am not trying to influence you in anyway, I just hope my answer will give you an idea.
